Ryan worked incredibly hard in our training program. Ryan publicly claims that working with me as his Personal Trainer & Health and Wellness Coach he is healing and dealing with his relationship with food, his mindset, and getting extremely fit! RYAN DID IT! Ryan followed the Sexy Strong Program had amazing results in body composition change. Gained over 18 pounds in muscle, lost 20% body fat as well as many more health measures improved.
